Hi all, I am trying to detect to which G protein a GPCR is coupled and want to label the G-protein with radioactive GTP. Which type of label is the best. I think the photolabel technique is the best but the photolabel is not commercially available ? Any ideas or protocols are welcome. Thanks Tom
