NADH-Detection via fluorescenz?

Hi all!

I need to detect dehydrogenase activity in chromatography fractions
(yeast extract). I have the assay established in cuvettes and want to
adapt it to microtiter plates. We do not have a 340nm microplate
reader but a fluorescence microplate-reader. Is it possible to detect
NADH by using the fluorescence reader?
