DESCRIPTION

If you are a Ph.D. formulations scientist well versed in formulations of
parenterals and/or solid oral dosage forms within a GMP environment, read

from the FDA. This company's promising growth possibilities are enhances by

common within biotech organizations. Focused on a current advanced-stage
parenteral drug candidate and also building a pipeline of cutting edge solid
oral dosage drug candidates.

LOCATION

San Francisco Bay Area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be welcomed into a highly collaborative team oriented organization. You
would hit the ground running, applying your formulation and GMP experience
in either or both solid oral dosage forms or parenterals. Develop
formulations for new therapeutic compounds and support compound screening.
Experiments would include preformulation, compatibility screening and early
formulation development. Requires excellent communication skills necessary
to collaborate with cross-functional project teams and i
nteract effectively with contract organizations for development, scale-up
and GMP manufacture of dosage forms.

QUALIFICATIONS

MS or Ph.D. with strong formulation experience in solid oral dosage forms or
parenterals. Industry experience a must in order to have necessary
familiarity with GMP manufacturing. Strong communication skills: ability to
interact effectively with colleagues, contractors and FDA representatives.

DESIRED

Experience in BOTH oral dosage forms and parenterals a plus. Experience in
proteins and peptides a plus.
