Hi, I am currently trying to convert from using regular ECL reagent to Pierce SuperSignal - with no luck! The blots turn out with absolutely no signal. Has anybody else had this problem?? The company recommends further dilution of antibodies, this I tried to no avail. Any help would be enormously appreciated. Regards, Sophie Le Page ---
