removal of SDS from protein samples

removal of SDS from protein solutions:

equilibrate QAE-sephadex in 50 mM NaPi pH7, 200 mM NaCl.

make a column (in a syringe, pipet,whatever)

load protein solution, elute with 50 mM NaPi pH 7, 200 mM NaCl

protein comes out, SDS stays in the column
