I'm student and I'd like to know if there is another better
way to calculating the quantity of fusion protein from
inclusion bodies expressed in E. coli. Is the 55% of total
proteins described in literature a good % to consider? I
have been using this equation:
Ptn fusion(g) = dry weight(g/L) x 55% x %densitometry x
vol(L).
