I supposed as an occasional visitor to this newsgroup I must
have missed those discussions.  Could you provide more
information?  It is my understanding that it is in fact the
reverse, i.e. the presence of the His-tag helps to prevent
aggregation.  Are there specific examples of comparison of
propensity for aggregation by His-tagged and non-His-tagged
proteins?
