I am currently working on cloning expression and purification of MPD2 a PDI protein in the ER of yeast (expressed in XL1-Blue E.coli). I would be interested in any information you might have about the isolation and studies on MPD2 or other relevant PDI enzymes in yeast. Thanks for your help, Ada.
