Data base searches

Hello All,

I have an interesting problem.  I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to
try and search the prtoein data base for any human extracellular
proteins that contain either C-terminal Arginines or Lysines.  We are
looking for proteins that are potential substrates for
carboxypeptidases.  As far as i know, there is no defined for consesus
sequence recognised by carboxypeptidases.
