Horse Radish Peroxidase

DOes anybody know where could be a good review, book, reference , that
talks about horse radish peroxidase enzyme, mainly it is structure,
active site, substrate, reaction taking place, and use as a biosensor.
I am not a biochemist or molecular biologist and have to write a long
proposal and essay about that in less than 7 days for my candidacy exam,
anyone can help?
