hi! does anyone know the predominant biochemical marker of uveal melanoma?
i have this idea that it's cyclin d1, tyrosinase, or the free radical
scavengers (SOD, GSH, and metallothioneins). am i right? if so, is there
an easy way to assay this marker (protein or enzyme) without using high tec
stuff like PCR? i'm doing an undergrad thesis on cellular phones and uveal
(choroidal) melanoma.

thanks.
