Internal standard for Western Blotting

Hi
Does anyone know a good internal standard for WB that is of high molecular
weight. GAPDH is weightly equal to my protein of interest and is therefor no
good.

I have been recomended MCM7 but have not found sufficient information for
its lack of fluctuation.

Any suggestions or comments on this are more than wellcome!
