Internal standard for Western Blotting

Hi Silas
Occasionally when I was looking at proteins about the same size as
B-actin (or two proteins of similar size), I would save the blot after
probing for the protein of interest and reincubate it with
anti-B-actin. Sometimes it worked fine, but you have to consider that
there may be some loss of protein during the washes, and hence
sometimes the blots are blotchy.
