search for TACE recombinant protein

Hello,

I am a french student working on the field of shedding of transmembrane 
proteins. I am looking for an active recombinant form of the metalloprotease 
TACE also called ADAM-17, i.e which can cleave proTNF-a in an in vitro assay.
R&D compagny provides this protease but they do not have the protein yet because 
of production problems. I really do need this protein so if someone have any
informations about another provider for recombinant TACE, it would be of great 
interest for me.
Any input will be greatly appreciated.
