Does anyone have a protocol for casting and running acrylamide-agarose (3%;0.5%) composite gels in TBE buffer ? I am looking at ribosomal subunits using a published procedure from the 60's but it is not working. Any help would certainly be appreciated. Thanks, Mark McCroskey ---
