Hello, just a simple question: Can myoglobin be digested with trypsin under standard conditions (1:50 ratio, 37 C, 14h, TrisHCl pH 8,5) without any denaturation (guanidine, SDS etc.)? I tried horse heart myoglobin and found - nothing, only the myoglobin itself. Is it my trypsin or just the conditions? Kind reagards, Gerd Klaassen
