Iron-binding proteins of Salmonella

Dear all,

I have encountered one problem. I want to study the expression of iron- 
(Fe3+) binding protein's profiles of Salmonella typhimurium grown under 
iron-sufficient and iron-rich conditions. Can anyone tell me how to 
study/or stain iron-binding proteins of Salmonella in SDS-PAGE gels? Is 
there any other method specifically for this? Any help would be greatly 
appreciated.
