Yeast question

[Oliver Braaß]

Hello to all,

I would like to know if there is any protein in a crude yeast solution
except Y-ADH which is able to transform hydroxyl groups into anything
else or maybe cuts amine bindings (R-NH-C-COH-R). Any suggestions are
welcome.
