Forgive me for asking perhaps trivial questions, but I have not been able to find the answers elsewhere. How much protein is contained in a typical bacterial spore ? How much NADH ? What is the optical absorption coefficient of a spore in the ultraviolet ? And what is the fluourescence quantum efficiency or tryp & NADH in a spore ? Thanks Ed
