Does anyone know how to avoid the gel sticking to the membrane while blotting? I'm using a 4-15% continous gradient ready gel. About 1/3 (top part) of the gel sticks. Also, if it happens again, what's the best way to get it off? It's very sticky. I tried rinsing it with wash buffer, but it's still there. Thanks!
