Making antisera for WB and IP

Some companies offer Ab solutions that can be used to IP the protein of interest as well as to recognize that protein on a WB.  Does this mean they inject the same animal with both native and denatured forms of the protein, or do they pool together serum from animals injected separately (one injected with native protein, the other injected with denatured protein)?
