Dear all:
I have a protein 50 kD with certain pi.

 Normally it is prepared within Hepes buffer pH 6.8 and ionic strength of
200mM (NaCl), unfortunately when I concentrate the protein after
purification (above 10uM) it precipitate. How can I avoid it?
