Help! How to separate DNA and Protein?

Most DNA will be stuck tight on a Q column at ph and salt conditions that
would remove most proteins. There are other methods, depending on what
application is this for, do you want to keep your protein 'alive' etc. For
examples, look at DNA purification kits used in molecular biology.
