regarding tissue culture growing problem

Dears,

 I am very happy to be one of  the new visitors.

Now I would like to post one technical problems which I am facing in my lab, it is related to tissue culture.

For research purpose I am culturing human cells. When the cells  are seeded in the falcon tube it growing nicely but when I seeded in to  96 well plate it does not growing. So is there any remedy or your experience?What could be the reason?
