DeltaStat for 2D-PAGE Analysis - Version 0.1 Released

Version 0.1 of DeltaStat has been released.

DeltaStat performs statistical calculations on data from 2D-PAGE
experiments, quantified in Delta2D. DeltaStat combines the power of R
with the efficiency of a database to handle the large amounts of data
generated in proteomics experiments.  Future versions may include
support for other 2D-PAGE analysis software export formats.

DeltaStat is being developed under the GNU General Public License.  I
am looking for software developers to collaborate with.  Knowledge of
Python and a 2D-Gel analysis software suite is a prerequisite for
