[Protein-analysis] Protein refolding (uhh...) by rapid dilution

Hi everybody,

do u have exprience in this technique? I'm planning the experiments (as
usual sets of conditions etc) Tell me, if u will be so kind, is it
better to make renaturation eg shorter but 20Cdeg, or inice cold
reneturation buffer for longer time? Have u heard about saccharose,
that it stabilise denatured-native  intermendiates?
