[Protein-analysis] anti-His Ab??

   Am trying to screen (slot blot) for mammalian expression of a secreted
   recombinant His-tagged protein from serum containing
   conditioned medium. Unfortunately the protein is undetectable using
   any of the many protein specific antibodies tried so far, probably due
   to some kind of binding with a component from the serum! I will
   therefore have to go for a anti-His antibody and given I have never
   been lucky in the past using this strategy (used Sigma anti-His HRP
   conj.) I was wondering whether any of you may have any useful
   suggestion.
