Hi all, is anyone know where I could retrieve the members of each Uniref cluster. The fasta file I downloaded from uniprot ftp site, uniref90.fasta, includes only the Uniref cluster name and the representative sequence information but does not include which sequences belong the this cluster. thanks, oznur
