I work with yeast so I'm a bit out of my league and need some help. A high schooler is trying to do a project using Paramecium in my lab. We need to distinguish dead cells from live, nonmotile cells. Does Trypan Blue work with Paramecium? If not, what does? Thanks for any help! JWD
