This is a very odd set of questions.
Malaria is disease cause by Plasmodium species.
Plasmodium species are Apicomplexans.
They are most closely related to dinoflagellates and then to ciliates.
They have no particular relationship to sponges.
Apicomplexans have rhoptries and micronemes that are probably
homologues of dinoflagellate trichocysts.
Trichocysts are not homologues of nematocysts.
