Trichomonads

Dear Nathaniel,

we have no experience in labelling TRICHOMONAD nuclei, but for similar 
purposes we use Hoechst Dye (Bisbenzimid), purchased from Ridel-de-Haen 
in Hannover, FRG. As vital stain it is applied as 10mikroM solution for 
several hours, on fixed cells we use 100mikroM for 10 min. and rinse 
twice.
I can't promise, that this works with your cells, it's just a suggestion.
