We are carrying out the study on the relationship between antibody
isotype reponse and resistance to Schitosoma japonicum reinfecion in
endemic population. This study will be focus on the detection of
specific IgE and IgG4 as well as FcERII in Eos cell. Unfortunatly, we
can not get the related HRP/Biotin labeled antibodies in short time
in Shanghai, China. So we are looking for some help. We also need Kits
for detecting soluable IL-4 receptor by ELISA and HRA-DQ/DR probe for
studying genetic factors. If you have any interesting or have related
information, please let us know as soon as possible. By the way, we
can provide human sera collected from the different endemic areas of
Schistosoma japonicum.
