Dear Colleagues,
We have prepared crude antigens by Ultrasonication for
S.spindale male, female, S.indicum and cercariae of
S.spindale. The antigens may be used after
fractionation for testing cross reactivity against
other schistosome species. We are also having goats
and rabbits which are experimentally infected with
S.spindale and S.incognitum. We may also supply the
serum of these animals also.
We are interested in exchanging the material for
scientific work , the Scintiest will return some
material (antigen coated wells, nitrocellulose strips
dotted with the antigens)for our work also. Those who
are interested may write with the possible
collaboration to the undersigned
