Relation to CD4 on T lymphocytes?

Hello fellow scientists,    
we (me and my four lab  partners) are doing research on Schistosome spp. in
how they  interact with the Th-1 and Th-2 lymphocytes of the human immune
system.  The question I was hoping to get some answers or leads on was: Is
there a way to keep the trematodes from  connecting with the CD4+, or to
slow their development?
