NEW features are: (1) a link to the NHM's ftp server where you can download a tarred and compressed archive of the whole cluster directory to install on your local machine (the archive is about 10MB, the unstuffed directory about 40 MB) (2) links to fasta format files containing all the consensus sequences for all clusters for mansoni and japonicum. If anyone wants the orphan sequences as well, please let me know. I am currently working on a queryable interface to the data and am examining whether I can include the updated BLAST results for all orphans and clusters as well. As ever, feedback is appreciated Cheers, David. David A.
