NEW features are:
(1) a link to the NHM's ftp server where you can download a tarred and
compressed archive of the whole cluster directory to install on your local
machine (the archive is about 10MB, the unstuffed directory about 40 MB)
(2) links to fasta format files containing all the consensus sequences for
all clusters for mansoni and japonicum. If anyone wants the orphan
sequences as well, please let me know.
I am currently working on a queryable interface to the data and am
examining whether I can include the updated BLAST results for all orphans
and clusters as well.
