Not so sure of the format you are exproting from the 373A software -
several options. I do know that the latest version of the 373A analysis
software exports gcg format sequences in an incorrect format. With these
files a double dot is missing after the checksum in the file (delineates
the end of the text and the start of the sequence). This can be fixed by a
simple text editor
