Staden version 1997.0 bug fix

A bug has been found in the most recent release of gap4 (1997.0) where
gap4
will crash if a reading has been highlighted in the template display or
contig editor and another database is then opened. The fixed file, 
list_proc.tcl, can be obtained from the ftp site:
ftp://ftp.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/pub/staden/common/list_proc.tcl 
Put this file in the $STADENROOT/lib/gap directory.
