Dear reader,

I have the following problem. I Have attached a TAG type "CDS" for a reference sequence. That works fine but when I try to invoke "Translate using feature tables" in the contig editor from the "Settings"menu I get the following error message:

find exons: Illegal comment format for FCDS tag: ''

Furthermore after this there is no automatic translation into a protein sequence which should appear below the consensus line in the contig editor. 

Does anybody know whether this is a bug or what is causing this error?
