[Staden] Installing STADEN on Mac 10.4 Tiger

Hi,
Could anyone help me here.
I have actually dounloded the Mac Version of Staden on my desktop.
I seem not to be able to instal it . I have searched all documentation in the
download and on the website from where I downloaded it, Still, I could not find
a clue
Can nyone help me here/
