environmental toxicology courses

Hello,

I am interested in finding out whether any universities offer courses in 
environmental toxicology. If any one out there would be willing to share 
information with me about the design of such a course I would greatly 
appreciate it. Specifically I need info on what text books are used, 
whether labs are included (and if so, who supplies lab manuals).
