Normal ranges for Ostriches

I have a client who would like to analyze two dead fetal ostriches 
for trace metals.  I'm interested in Trace Metal normal (expected) 
ranges for yolk and for fetal liver for the following elements:  
Iron, Copper, Zinc and Selenium.  Sources would also be useful to 
help us expand our normal ranges for our exotic clients.
