heavy metals and gametogenesis

I am doing research in the effects of cadmium upon oogenesis in 
Xenopus laevis and could sure use any information conerning the 
following:
	1)  injecting heavy metals into amphibians
	2)  dermal and oral exposure of heavy metals in 
amphibians
	
I am also looking for information concerning the length of time 
of oocyte maturation from stage 1 to stage 6 in Xenopus.
