Information on Pharmaceutical suspension agents

Does anyone have any information on safety or toxicity (general and 
local to the respiratory tract) or experience with the following two 
chemicals which are used aid suspension of pharmaceuticals:

    1) Triacetyl derivative of beta-cyclodextrin

     2) diamyl sodium sulphosuccinate

I would appreciate any information or anyone who can refer me to where I
might be able to find such information.
