DUTIES:  Responsibilities will include screening libraries to optimize
drug discovery, investigating molecular
events induced by compounds to correlate with potential toxicity, and
conducting biochemical assays in parallel in
mammalian systems.  
REQUIREMENTS:  BS with a minimum of two years of laboratory experience
or MS in a science-related field.  Laboratory skills should include RNA
extractions, PCR, Northern and Western blotting, DNA cloning and cell
transfections. Experience with cytotoxicity or biochemical assays and
good general laboratory skills required. Good verbal and written
communication and computer experience  required.
