Mytilus histology info needed

Hello.  I'm looking for information on Mytilus edulis (or
galloprovincialis) mantle histology.  I'm specifically interested in
the structure and cell types of the mantle edge, as well as the
differences between normal and diseased tissue.  Any info or
references would be appreciated.
