In a toxicity study (MTD), we administered a new drug to BALB/c mice 3 doses
(1g, 2g, 3g) aged between 608 weeks.We observed with the high dosage (3g):
*	diminition of blood glucose level
*	diminition of alkaline phosphatase 
*	diminition of Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) 
*	Bilirubin = 0 mg/dl
*	élevation of GOT and GPT
*	Splenomegaly 
Can we conclude that our drug is toxic at that dose for the liver and kidney
and spleen.
