DMSO damage to protein

Dear Sir:
    I am a professor of biochemistry in Tsinghua university, Beijing, now I 
am involving in the research of protein folding, I want to know whether 
protein structure or amino acid will be changed when treated by DMSO, please 
tell me some references.
