Merger Underway

Two web sites devoted to explaining the science behind endocrine disruption
are merging to create one site offering comprehensive coverage of the
environment and hormones. Content from the Environmental Estrogens and Other
Hormones (EEOH) Web site, online since 1996, and the e.hormone Web site,
online since 1999, is being combined at
http://e.hormone.tulane.edu/ehormone.html. The newly redesigned and updated
E.HORMONE site incorporates EEOH's comprehensive news, research, and
background information about endocrine disruption with e.hormone's extensive
details on the annual CBR symposium and the latest information on endocrine
disruption research. After EEOH's content is transferred to e.hormone in
mid-August, it will be shut down, and visitors will be redirected to the new
e.hormone site. Starting in August, all new material will be posted to
e.hormone only. The Center for Bioenvironmental Research at Tulane and
Xavier Universities in New Orleans, Louisiana, administers, supports, and
maintains the old and new sites.
