[Tropical-biology] red seaweed crude extracts

hi i juz start my work on extracting the compound from red seaweed. i
have done some squential extraction with solvent-solvet method. i have
obtained my extracts from hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol
and water. i have run TLC on this crude extracts and i don't have the
marker to show my compound in the extracts. i need help form experts
and pll with experience on phytochemistry. thank you.
